Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 28, 2026
At Inknest, we stand behind our work and want every client to feel secure when ordering design services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, when they are limited, and when they no longer apply.
By purchasing services from InkNest, you agree to this policy.
1) When a Concept Is Considered “Approved”
For this policy, a concept is treated as approved once you clearly confirm the direction is acceptable. Approval can happen through written confirmation (for example, by email). Approval means direction is accepted — it does not remove your ability to request revisions within the normal workflow.
2) Full Refund Eligibility
You may request a 100% refund in either of these cases:
A. Before concept approval
You can request a full refund at any point before approving the initial concept.
B. Shortly after concept approval
You can still request a full refund within 5 calendar days after concept approval, if the direction or first revision does not meet expectations.
3) Partial Refund Window
If your request is made after day 5 and up to day 10 from concept approval, a partial refund may be offered based on work completed.
Typical range:
early revision stage: up to 50%
later revision stage: up to 30%
Each request is reviewed individually according to project progress.
4) Cases Where Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not issued when any of the following applies:
10+ days have passed since concept approval
final package has been delivered
five or more revision rounds are completed
project delays are caused by client non-response (see inactivity section)
5) Inactivity and Auto-Completion
Active communication is required to keep projects moving.
If no client response/feedback is received for 30 consecutive calendar days, Inknest may close the project and deliver work as-is. Once closed due to inactivity:
additional revisions are not included automatically
automatic refund eligibility ends
6) Revisions After Final Delivery
After final package delivery, any additional edits, new variants, or extra requests are treated as new scope and may require a separate fee.
7) Resolution Before Refund
Before finalizing a refund, Inknest may first offer one or more solutions, such as:
moving your project to another designer
providing extra concept options
direct project support to resolve direction issues
Our goal is to fix the outcome whenever possible.
8) How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing speed depends on your bank/payment provider.
9) How to Request a Refund
To submit a request, email support@inknest.co from the same email used to place your order and include:
company name
brief reason for the request
We’ll review and respond as quickly as possible.
10) Policy Updates
Inknest may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page with a new effective date.
