2. Orders and Payment
Payment terms are shown at checkout or in your proposal/invoice.
Work may begin only after payment is successfully received and verified.
If payment is reversed, disputed, or cannot be verified, we may pause or cancel service.
Prices are listed in USD unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for bank charges, exchange-rate differences, and processor fees.
3. Timelines and Delivery
Any delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Timelines may change due to late client responses, missing inputs, platform outages, or scope changes.
Expedited delivery options apply only where offered and confirmed.
4. Revisions
Revision limits (if any) are based on the purchased plan.
Revisions apply to the approved direction, not unlimited new concepts.
Requests outside the original scope may require a change order and additional fees.
5. Client Obligations
You agree to:
Provide complete and accurate information;
Submit required assets/forms on time;
Give timely feedback and approvals;
Ensure you have legal rights to all materials and instructions you provide.
Inknest.co is not responsible for verifying trademark availability, ownership rights, or legal clearance of client-supplied names/content.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Final approved deliverables transfer to you only after full payment is received.
Inknest.co retains ownership of drafts, unused concepts, internal working files, templates, methods, and presentation materials unless otherwise agreed.
We may showcase completed non-confidential work in our portfolio/marketing, unless you request confidentiality in writing.
7. Fonts, Stock, and Third-Party Assets
Some deliverables may use licensed fonts, stock assets, or platform-provided elements. Rights to such third-party materials remain subject to their original license terms. You are responsible for obtaining any expanded/commercial licenses if required for your intended use.
8. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by Inknest.co posted Refund Policy or your signed service agreement. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept those terms.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us first to resolve payment concerns. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may suspend work, withhold undelivered files, and submit documentation to contest invalid claims.
10. Cancellations
You may request cancellation before work starts, subject to applicable processing/admin deductions.
Once work has started, cancellation and refund outcomes are governed by the applicable refund terms and the portion of work already performed.
11. Inactivity
If a project remains inactive due to client non-response for an extended period (e.g., 30–45 days), we may mark it inactive or closed. Restarting may require updated pricing/scope, and prior payments may become non-refundable per policy.
12. No Trademark or Legal Guarantee
Inknest.co does not guarantee trademark registration, legal protectability, or regulatory approval of any name, design, or marketing asset. Legal review is your responsibility.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Inknest.co is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
Inknest.co is not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or advertising outcomes;
Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to Inknest.co for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service where there is abuse, harassment, fraud, unlawful conduct, or violation of these Terms.
